This incident has been resolved.

On May 8 we ran into issues with our app deployment process that required us to termination and restart multiple web services. This did not cause any site outage but for users that had an active session and did not use the "keep me signed in" feature that creates a long-term cookie, they would have been logged out of our platform and required to re-sign in. This issue was resolved after approximately 5 minutes.
